Warranties and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Mile High Nomad Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mile High Nomad Group harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
